These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Echo Rift ("the Game", "we", "us"). By playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Echo Rift for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
You may play as a Guest or sign in with a supported provider. You are responsible for activity under your account. Guest progress is tied to your device session and may be lost if you delete the app or your session without linking a permanent account.
The Game may offer virtual items and in-game currency. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Any real-money purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Except where required by law or platform policy, purchases are non-refundable.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Game for violations of these Terms or to protect other players and the service.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date are always shown at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
